Privacy Policy

BodhaIQ is a learning app made by Beejlabs ("we", "us"). This policy explains what information BodhaIQ collects through the app at app.bodhaiq.com, our iOS and Android apps, and our website at www.bodhaiq.com; how we use it; and the choices you have. Questions go to privacy@beejlabs.com.
Who uses BodhaIQ
A BodhaIQ account is created and managed by an adult: a parent, guardian, or an adult learner. The account holder signs in with Google or Apple and can add learner profiles for the people in their household, including children. Children use BodhaIQ through a profile their parent or guardian set up; we do not ask children to create their own account or to give us contact information.
If you are a parent and believe your child gave us personal information without your consent, contact us and we will delete it.
Information we collect

Leaderboards show a learner's display name and avatar, not their email address. Use a nickname as the display name if you prefer.
How we use information
- To provide BodhaIQ: sign-in, lessons, progress tracking, recommendations, and reports.
- To process subscriptions and provide customer support.
- To keep the service secure, prevent abuse, and fix problems.
- To improve lessons and features using aggregated usage information.
We do not sell personal information. We do not show third-party advertising inside the app, and we do not use children's information for advertising.
Service providers
We share information only with providers that process it for us under contract:
- Google Firebase (Google LLC): sign-in, database, file storage, cloud functions, hosting, and app analytics.
- Apple and Google sign-in: to verify your identity when you sign in.
- Stripe: payment processing for subscriptions.
- Sentry: crash and error diagnostics.
- Resend: delivery of the weekly parent report email.
- Cloudflare: hosting of our website.
We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect the safety of our users, or as part of a merger or sale of the business, in which case this policy continues to apply.
Our website
www.bodhaiq.com uses Google Analytics and Google Ads measurement cookies to understand visits and measure our marketing. The website is directed at parents and adult learners. These tools are not used inside the BodhaIQ app.
Keeping and deleting information
We keep your information while your account is active. You can delete your account at any time in the app under Profile → Delete Account. Deleting an account cancels any active subscription and permanently removes the account, every learner profile on it, learning history, recordings, uploaded photos, and leaderboard entries. Backups and logs held by our providers are cleared on their normal schedules. We may keep limited billing records where the law requires it.
You can also ask us to access, correct, or delete information by emailing privacy@beejlabs.com. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local law, and we will honor them.
Security
Data is encrypted in transit, stored with Google Cloud, and protected by access rules that let each account read only its own learners' data. No system is perfectly secure, so please contact us if you notice anything wrong.
Changes to this policy
If we make material changes, we will update the date above and let account holders know in the app or by email before the change takes effect.
